About You
You are patient, calm, and helpful by nature. You like to solve problems for yourself and others. However, you are willing to also ask for help in order to resolve the issue at hand when necessary. Learning on the job doesn't scare you, because learning makes you better, and better is what you want to be. Whether you have been given a chance in an exciting growth company before or not, you are willing to start on the ground floor, do anything asked of you, and you want to show your team that you have the potential to make a difference.
Qualifications
Ideally, you have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a direct customer facing role. You should be comfortable with web based technology and with computers in general (ideally - you are a nerd at heart). You love to know "how" something works and you like to teach others your mad-skills so they can learn and grow. New technology doesn.t scare you - it fascinates you. You like to help others solve technical issues no matter how long it takes - even though the issues are usually their knowledge level or their lack of simple technical ability (thus the need for patience)!
